Life doesn't always slow down long enough for us to catch our breath. The Steady is for anyone who's in the middle of it - feeling the weight of holding so much, and quietly wondering if you're okay.Hosted by Melody McConico - pastor, artist, wife to a veteran, and boy mom of three (one of whom is on the spectrum). The Steady is a space where we practically unpack the issues and interactions that leave us turbulent beneath the surface. It's a journey toward identity and wholeness; honest conversations woven with a faith-based perspective. You are welcome here. New episodes drop weekly. Come as you are.
