Finding myself while raising them.Real conversations about motherhood, mental health, identity, and building a life you love.I’m Dr. Michelle Elizabeth Lowry—mom of (soon to be) four, entrepreneur, and someone learning that parenting isn’t just about raising children; it’s about continually rediscovering yourself. Each week, I share honest reflections and meaningful conversations that go beyond parenting advice. We’ll talk about the invisible mental load, ambition, relationships, resilience, burnout, joy, and what it means to become the person you’re meant to be while raising the people you love most.No perfect parenting. No pretending. Just real conversations for people who are growing alongside their children.
