Beyond Patriarchy. See the System. Come Back to Yourself.

society, culture · EN

A podcast about patriarchy, psychology and the path back to yourself.I’m Lena Matra - researcher, somatic practitioner and Red Tent keeper based in Germany.I grew up in Ukraine, lived in Russia and Hungary, and now call Germany home. This multicultural path taught me to see systems, not just cultures. After 14 years in pharmaceutical sales, I learned to think analytically and follow the evidence. Through somatic practice, Vipassana meditation and years of work with women, I learned to listen to what data alone cannot explain.Science meets ancient wisdom. Analysis meets lived experience.
