Information about Long-Haul Covid by a Long Hauler and former Psychotherapist. If you are lucky enough to have avoided Long Covid, you probably know someone who has it. With the rise in cases of people around the world who are not recovering from this disease, information and research are in dire need. Here, we'll explore both my personal experiences and others', along with announcements of new research. Episodes are not designed to follow chronological order, so feel free to jump in the conversation when you can! Additionally, chronic illnesses such as ME/CFS, Dysautonomia, MCAS, PEM, and more will be included. . .naturally. We long haulers were not the first in this scene. Listen if you can't read about it, share if someone needs to know about it.
