Motherhood Is A MF

society, culture, personal, journals · EN

Motherhood Is a MF is a funny, honest podcast about motherhood that has absolutely nothing to do with raising children. Hosted by Kei, the show centers the woman inside the mother and the conversations moms are often thinking but do not always say out loud. Each episode explores identity after motherhood, marriage, sex, friendships, ambition, postpartum life, mental load, self-care, confidence, and what it takes to feel like yourself again. Expect real stories, practical advice, unfiltered opinions, listener letters, and conversations that are equal parts helpful, hilarious, and honest. This is the unofficial mom group chat for women who love their kids down but refuse to let motherhood become their entire identity.
