he Medicine Spoke is a soul-baring podcast exploring healing at its root—from the womb to the wild unknown. Hosted by a mother of five and nurse turned spiritual seeker, this show dives into the raw, often unspoken layers of trauma, emotional inheritance, psychedelics, and rebirth. Each episode is a blend of storytelling, reflection, and remembrance—sometimes solo, sometimes with guides, therapists, or fellow travelers on the path. From a life-altering Ibogaine journey in Mexico to breathwork, rage release, motherhood, and the echoes of what we felt before we had language—this is a space for the ones who never felt quite at home in the surface world. Whether you’ve sat with plant medicine, cried in a therapist’s office, or screamed into a pillow at 2 a.m., you’ll feel seen here.
