The Person behind the Position

society, culture, business · EN

We often know what people do before we ever know who they are. The Person Behind the Position goes beyond titles, résumés, accomplishments, and expectations to discover the person carrying them. Through honest conversations with people from all walks of life, Michael Chism explores the experiences, struggles, lessons, mistakes, growth, and relationships that shape who we are and how we show up in the positions we hold. Because the position doesn't make the person. Who we are affects how we show up in the position. So, if the position disappeared tomorrow, who would you still be?
