Hi, im growing

society, culture · EN

Hi, I’m your host, Better Than Before Journals (or BTBF once we get closer ☺️) I’m someone who cares deeply about growth, people, and purpose, especially during seasons of change. By day, I work in partnerships and explore community impact. Beyond work, I value honest conversations, reflection, and the quiet lessons that come from trying, learning (especially vicariously), and starting again. This podcast is a space for my thoughts, real conversations about careers, ambition, identity, and personal growth. Some episodes will be reflective, others motivating, but all are rooted in authenticity and curiosity. If you are navigating transition (as am I), setting big goals, or simply trying to grow with intention, you are in the right place. I’m glad you’re here, and I hope these conversations meet you where you are. Let’s journey together.
