Broken Adults Speak Sense

kids, family, parenting · EN-US

Has your child gone no contact with you? Have you gone no contact with your parents? Many of us rush into relationships, only to later realize we chose the wrong partner. If we’re lucky, we can walk away without children involved. But when kids are in the mix, they often bear the deepest wounds from unhealthy relationships. This podcast dives into relationships, parenting, trauma, and mental healing—while also emphasizing the importance of intentional parenthood. We’ll discuss how past wounds shape our choices, how to break toxic cycles, and how to prepare—mentally, emotionally, and relationally—before bringing children into the world. Because parenting isn’t just about raising kids; it’s about becoming the kind of person who can raise emotionally healthy, well-adjusted adults. Podcast Link: https://feeds.buzzsprout.com/2396337.rss
