Battling obesity and alcoholism to becoming sober and fit

health, fitness · EN

For most of my adult life I struggled with obesity, drug and alcohol addiction, eating disorders and a variety of serious health issues. After tipping the scales at over 300 pounds and being in fear for my life, I decided to make a change. I lost 134 pounds in one year and went on to become a champion Natural Bodybuilder and Personal Fitness Trainer at age 50! I have dedicated this second chance at life to helping others make healthier changes and reach those fitness goals no matter what they may be. My podcasts will take you step by step into my success and help you succeed as well.
