I'm Not Invisible Anymore is the unfiltered journal of a woman who spent 36 years building a character to survive — and is now, for the first time, learning who she actually is.Just the real, unglamorous, sometimes confusing process of shedding everything that was never really you — and discovering what's underneath. We talk about the patterns we repeat without understanding why. The relationships we shrink ourselves to fit into. The version of ourselves we perform so nobody sees how much we actually need. The blank page that terrifies and frees.
