Holy Shit, I'm Back!

Holy Shit, I’m Back! is for anyone who’s built a life they love… but somewhere along the way, lost a little bit of themselves. Six years ago, my therapist told me, “Tara, you’re sitting in a prison cell—and the good news is, the door is wide open.” I never forgot it. That’s why I’m holding a mugshot sign on the cover. Because sometimes the thing keeping us stuck isn’t our life—it’s the version of ourselves we think we have to stay. This podcast is about walking through that fucking door. We’re talking business, money, relationships, confidence, fashion, failure, energy, reinvention—and coming alive again without burning down everything you’ve built. You don’t need a whole new life. Maybe you just need YOU back. Welcome to Holy Shit, I’m Back!
