Welcome to Real Talk with Dr. Asha Prasad—a place where we have the conversations that most people are afraid to have. I share my experiences from a lens of being a cultural mash-up: raised in one place, shaped by another, and currently rooted in a third one. If you've ever found yourself wondering why life feels so hard sometimes... why certain relationships leave you feeling empty... why grief seems to linger... or why personal growth feels more like breaking apart than building up—you're in the right place. This channels is about the messy, beautiful, confusing, and transformational parts of being human. Let's be honest—life doesn't come with a manual. We stumble through heartbreaks. We face grief that we never saw coming. We question our worth. We lose people we love.We change careers and wonder if we made a huge mistake. We wake up some mornings and feel completely lost.If any of that sounds familiar, you've found your space here.
