Adultish with Vanessa and Elizabeth

Why does a three‑step task suddenly have seventeen sub‑quests and why are all of them impossible to finish? Does CBT help, or is that just another thing we’ll forget to Google? And how does it feel to finally have a name for the way our brains work? Vanessa and Elizabeth are two adults, newly diagnosed with ADHD, sharing with you what it really feels like to navigate the world with a brain that doesn’t always do what we want it to. Their conversations, when they eventually get there (who doesn't love a tangent?) explore the emotional and practical challenges of living with ADHD—without jargon, without judgement, and without pretending to have life or ADHD figured out.
