Savannah in Savannah

society, culture, documentary · EN-US

Yes, that's really my name. I have lived in Savannah long enough to know that the hostess city's best stories belong to the people who live here, not the tour guides. I spent twelve years interviewing strangers for a living. As it turns out, the people down the street had better stories.Every episode is a conversation with a Savannahian, a neighbor: how they ended up in Savannah and what they know about the city that realtors will never tell you. Families, friends, and neighbors who've been on the same block for forty years but never really met.Sponsor us: savannahespivey@gmail.com
