MetaboLivin' This Out

health, fitness · EN

MetaboLivin’ is a faith-based metabolic health podcast for Christian women ready to stop striving for weight loss and start livin’ out God’s calling. Through the lens of stewardship, I will help you learn to ditch diets and body shame for good, and instead, build a personalized, Holy-Spirit-led metabolic lifestyle. Through education on the proper and prayerful use of tools like CGMs and GLP-1s, alongside strategic lifestyle changes, I hope you learn to tune into your body, blood sugar, and the Lord so you can have the energy and confidence to start Livin’ out the calling you have received.
