I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly two decades of experience helping individuals and couples find their way toward healing and wholeness. I believe therapy is a sacred space — a place where you can unpack your worries, rediscover your strength, and reconnect with your sense of peace. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, communication struggles, and relationship challenges. My approach blends empathy with evidence-based strategies, helping you gain clarity, restore balance, and create lasting change. I earned my Master’s in Human Services and Counseling from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania and hold national certifications in addiction counseling and clinical supervision. My goal is to meet you where you are — offering warmth, insight, and encouragement as you move toward the version of yourself that feels most grounded and whole. I am a telehealth provider for Florida and South Carolina.
