Your Mental Health Bestie

health, fitness, mental · EN

Hey! I’m Mariella, a girl in her teens trying to enjoy her life to its fullest whilst coping with all the stress, teenagers experience on a daily basis. As someone who has struggled a lot with their own mental health, I gained a lot of experience over the years. This podcast is a Safe space for everyone where I share my experiences, advice and stories with you to support you whether you are struggling with your mental health or you just want some advice on how to grow and thrive as a person. Together we can gain our sparks back and create a supportive community. I am so glad you are here!
