Most conversations make you pick a side before anyone will listen. This one won't. Open Chair is a place to sit with the questions that don't have clean answers — what a good life actually looks like, when "enough" is enough, why we keep moving our own goalposts, and what it costs to live as yourself in rooms that weren't built for you. Jason hosts. Cop and coach, airman and entrepreneur, a Black gay man who got tired of being asked to walk into a room as only one of those at a time. Nineteen-plus years in law enforcement and the military, an MBA, a coaching practice, and plenty of lessons learned the hard way — he brings all of it to one chair. Not to convert you to anything. The only ask is respect. If you're somewhere in your 30s or 40s and quietly wondering whether you're on the right path, pull up a seat. You're not late. You're right on time. 📩
