Start designing your career in AV! Welcome to Don’t Just Fall Into It, the podcast dedicated to pulling back the curtain on the Audiovisual (AV) industry. Inspired by the book Your Dream Job in Audiovisual, we have all heard the story: "I just fell into AV by accident." We believe the next generation of talent deserves a roadmap—not a coincidence. 🎙️ What You’ll Find Here: Every week, we spend time with the talented individuals of the AV world—We dive into: • The Origin Stories: How they actually broke into the room. • The Skillsets: What you need to learn • The Pivot Points: Lessons learned from the biggest challenges in the field • The Future: Where the industry is headed and how you can get there first. 📘 About Your Host As the author of Your Dream Job in Audiovisual, and Founder of Woop Jobs I’ve spent over 20 years in this fast-paced industry. My mission is to move AV from a "hidden industry" to a "destination career."
