If you’re listening to this, chances are that creativity, and the desire to grow, has been calling you. Maybe you’re simply curious about how coaching and creative practices can transform your life. Maybe you’ve explored creativity before, drifted away, and are finding your way back. Or maybe you’re standing at the edge of change, ready to begin but unsure how. Wherever you are on your journey, you’re not alone. That’s one of the reasons I created Transformations Through Coaching and Creativity, a space to explore what it means to live, work, and express ourselves with authenticity, courage, and imagination. Together, we’ll look at how creative processes inspired by Julia Cameron's famous book, The Artist's Way, and coaching tools can help us reconnect with who we really are and who we’re becoming.
