What happens when the uniform comes off, the noise doesn't stop, and the "standard issue" solutions fail? Welcome to Unfiltered Uniform. I’m Michael Vascellaro—former Infantryman, combat veteran, father, and artist. I spent years waiting for the system to save me, until a literal lightning strike forced me to slow down, get off the treadmill, and save myself. This isn’t a support group for misery; it’s a workshop for alchemy. We are taking the lead of our trauma and transmuting it into gold. We are challenging the narrative that a pill is the only answer. We’re diving deep into functional medicine, gut health, and the root causes of inflammation—both in our bodies and our spirits. We’re talking about art, poetry, and creativity not just as hobbies, but as survival tools. Expect skepticism. Expect dark humor. Expect raw conversations about mental health, spiritual grounding, and the power of turning off the noise to find your purpose. <
