Hosted by Jamie Mills, a bariatric dietitian and patient herself, this show goes beyond nutrition tips or weight loss advice. Jamie pulls back the curtain on the ins, outs, ups, and downs of life after surgery—the stuff no one prepared you for. From regain and GLP-1s, to body image, mom life, food freedom, and the pressure to "do it perfectly," nothing is off limits. Jamie shares her own journey alongside raw conversations with patients, providers, and everyday people surviving the chaos too.Whether you're fresh out of surgery, years into maintenance, or just curious what life after WLS is really like—you'll find connection, community, and the conversations you've been waiting for. The ones that don't just focus on weight loss, but rather, your identity outside of it. Because at the end of the day, it's not just about the diet,
