On the Journey to Wellness Podcast, we dig into holistic paths to wellness that can support you in releasing pain, healing, and feeling great in this journey called life. During this journey, we ask that you trust your God given intuition to reach out where you may be felling called. We are here to have in depth chats about therapies that have worked for others, both from the professional and client aspects. I am also opening up about my journey from an emotional and spiritual side and sharing my journey over the past few years. Nothing is off the table, we may talk about very unconventional things. We ask you to keep an open mind and listen to people's stories- who knows, maybe it could help you too!
