Would you like to consistently grow closer to God and have clarity regarding His purpose for your life? Do you feel like you keep getting in your own way or are too overwhelmed? We're so excited you're here! This podcast will help you grow in intimacy with God, be more sensitive to His voice, and become free from fear. We're Marina and Aleska, sisters, bible teachers, and health coaches who have studied the science of behavior change. For so long, we tried to grow closer to God through rules; but then we unlocked the keys of biblical identity and the science of behavior change. Now, we want to teach you how to practically grow in your relationship with God from a place of rest in order to align with His plans for you, feel confident, and at peace. So grab a tea or a coffee, and let's hop right in!
