Some things were never yours to carry. And yet — here you are. Soft Hearts Rising is a healing circle for women who are ready to go beneath the surface — past the performance, past the survival, into the truth of what's been passed down, held in the body, and waiting to be released. Each week, womb practitioner and circle facilitator Allonia and her daughter Rose create space for the conversations most women never get to have — about ancestral imprints, womb wisdom, intergenerational trauma, and what it actually means to come home to yourself. This isn't a show about having it together. It's a show about being willing to feel it. Whether you're in the middle of your healing journey or you're just now realizing you need one — you belong here. Pull up a chair. The circle is open.
