The Adaptive Edge

Leadership is full of turning points — moments where one choice sharpens you and another dulls your edge. Adaptive Edge is where we distill those moments into tools you can use tomorrow.I’m Pele — a Pacific woman of Samoan, Māori, and German descent, born and raised in Samoa. After 25 years in the global leadership arena, I’ve paid the prices, taken the hits, and found the patterns. Each short episode delivers one axiom, one story, and one leadership move — so you don’t have to stumble where I did. This isn’t theory. It’s field-tested wisdom, shaped by both my Pacific roots and global experience, for leaders who want clarity without fluff. Sharpen your edge, then share it — because leadership isn’t solo, it’s collective.
