The Spark and The Spiral

Notes from the studio (and the couch). We are two best friends; one is a therapist, one is a photographer, and both are writers who have ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and are generally chaotic gremlins who are the epitome of ethereal energy. This show delves into our special interests, hyperfixations, mental health themes, pop culture, creative endeavors, and much more. We want to share with our audience what it is like to be the teacher and the student, the expert and the novice, to feel knowledgeable and doubtful, to be thriving and surviving. Life’s nuance and complexity! thesparkthespiral.substack.com
