Over the past five years, Rachel Pointer has developed multi-week writing journeys to strengthen writing and reflection through mindful guidance. These journeys, traditionally offered for free in a virtual classroom, focus on themes and guided practices for reconnecting with one's inner self. This year, Rachel is transitioning her writing journey to the audio waves with “We Write Here,” featuring reflections, pause practices, meditations, and writing prompts. Additional resources, including links to past writing journeys, will be accessible on her website: www.rachelpointer.com.
