Iridescent: The Grief Podcast

education, self improvement, kids, family, pets, animals · EN

Iridescent is a podcast for anyone grieving an animal, or even a person they loved. Each episode weaves together astrology for grief, herbalism, ritual, and honest conversation to hold space for a kind of loss that's too often dismissed. Here, you can grieve in public and still be the most powerful person in the room. Using Hellenistic astrology, synastry, and grief-rooted herbalism, your host Courtney Trethric — with over a decade in veterinary medicine, animal rescue, and animal advocacy — explores pet loss, euthanasia decisions, anticipatory grief, and the rituals that help us mark it. This isn't about getting over it. It's about staying with the grief and letting it catch the light instead of hiding it. You're capable of turning even loss into something iridescent.
