Idle Wonders: True Stories to Help You Sleep

health, fitness, mental, education · EN

Quiet, true stories to help you fall asleep. Each episode is a single subject — hibernation, the mattress, the kangaroo, the thermos flask — told slowly and carefully, with nothing to follow and nowhere to get to.These are not fairy tales. Every fact is checked before it is written, and the myths that usually get repeated are named and set aside instead. The idea is something mildly interesting: enough to hold you if you are still awake, not enough to keep you there. No plot. No cliffhangers. No episode depends on any other. Start anywhere, and if you fall asleep before the end, that means it worked.New episodes weekly.
