Welcome to the Wild Within, a podcast exploring personal and collective transformation and how to live a fully awakened life while activating your purpose, potential, and greatest expression in the world. Through conversations on mindset and mysticism, holistic psychology, shamanic healing, and the nature of consciousness and reality, we will explore what it means to "wake up" in a world that's quickly shifting around us, and how to navigate your own evolving Self in these times. I’m your host Kristen Yates, and I believe we’re moving through a consciousness shift on the planet that’s calling upon us all to wake up our inner power and reconnect to our truth and true nature within. My intention with this podcast is to share ideas and energy from fellow healers and thought leaders in the consciousness movement, and plant seeds of inspiration to co-create the new Earth we all know deep down is possible.
