The Bench Session

The Bench SessionUnloading the weight, one session at a time. This is a place to slow down and talk honestly. Some of these conversations are the ones we only have in our own head. Some are the ones we save for the people we trust most. There’s no script. No performance. No pretending to have it all figured out.Sometimes it’s just me, a mic, a bench, and whatever needs to be said.Sometimes it’s uncomfortable. Sometimes it’s grounding. Sometimes it’s exactly what you didn’t know you needed to hear.Life gets heavy. This is where we sit down and unload it — one session at a time.
