health, fitness · EN

MOMDAY brings you guided meditations for pregnancy, birth prep, and postpartum. Hosted by Ella Dove, this podcast blends evidence-informed birth education, nervous system regulation, breathwork, positive affirmations, and subconscious preparation to help you feel empowered, confident, and ready for birth. These meditations support mental preparation for labor, helping reduce anxiety, strengthen resilience, improve pain coping, and guide your body back to a calm, regulated state when intensity builds. Each episode is designed to build trust in your body, deepen your connection, and prepare you emotionally and physically for one of life’s most powerful transitions.
