Some days you're thriving, other days you're just… alive, I guess. Hosted by RJ GayByrd, Alive, I Guess Podcast is where women and queer folks come to stop feeling like they're failing at life. This isn't about highlight reels or curated wins - this is about the messy, unglamorous, hard parts of being human that we usually keep quiet. Every week, RJ shares raw stories from their life as a queer, Black, non-binary person navigating sobriety, mental health, identity, relationships, and everything in between. Through raw storytelling and unfiltered conversations, this podcast reminds you that figuring it out as you go is still progress. Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, mental health, money struggles, sobriety, family dynamics, or just the overwhelming weight of trying to keep it together - this is your safe space. A place where you're seen, validated, and part of a community that gets it. Expect: Ho
