Hello, my name is Cortni Elisa Jordan & I am a recording artist, songwriter by the name of Elise 5000. Part of my life's mission is to help raise the frequency of the planet by expanding my own consciousness & raising my own vibration and then sharing what I've learned on my personal journey. I believe there is a shift happening on the planet, and people are waking up and want to know more about the universe, themselves and the nature of reality. I'm here to be a part of that process, the great awakening & shift from 3D into 5D consciousness.
