Role Model Podcast with Derek Peterson Everyone has a story that taught them something worth sharing. Role Model is a podcast about the experiences that shape us and the values we pick up along the way. Host Derek Peterson sits down with people from all walks of life to ask a simple question: If you could go back and instill one value in your younger self, what would it be? From there, we work backward. What happened in your life that taught you that lesson? What did it cost you to learn it? And how has it changed the way you live, work, parent, love, and lead today? Alongside those conversations, Derek shares his own stories and lessons about emotional maturity, relationships, failure, growth, and becoming a better human. This isn't about perfect people or having all the answers. It's about honest conversations, hard-earned wisdom, and sharing what we've learned so maybe someone else doesn't have to learn it the hard way.
