The Weigh Out Podcast

I am Ciara O Connor and this is The Weigh Out podcast it's nothing to serious just some chats and laughs. The podcast is going to be about the struggles we all experience, our emotions, our thoughts (how crazy these can get at times lol) and how that then affects everything on the outside. My goal with this podcast is to hopefully have one person experience a light bulb moment every episode that they can then use it to improve their lives whether that be your relationship with food, body image, learn to deal with your emotions, set boundaries or to even feel seen & heard! There is nothing perfect about me or this podcast we will just be having a chat every now and again. I appreciate anyone who listens so thank you in advance Love Ciara x https://www.instagram.com/ciaraoconnorcoaching/
