Break Cycles, Not Chanclas is the space where high-achieving Latina women can finally exhale. You’ve done everything "right"—school, career, family, healing. You’ve been the hardest worker in the room, carrying your family’s sacrifices, holding it all down. But even with all the success, something still feels off. You’re no longer staying quiet to keep the peace. You’re not shrinking yourself to fit the Latina women stereotypes you were raised with. You’re ready to break generational cycles, stop living in survival mode, and actually celebrate your wins—without guilt. This is for the first gen Latina who’s done enough performing and proving. You’re ready for more—more rest, more joy, more presence. You want to redefine success on your terms, learn how to be present without the constant pressure, and how to speak up and communicate confidently without second-guessing your every word.
