Bunce, the Bobby and the Broads

fiction, comedy · EN

Join me for a delightful holiday postcard filled with humor and adventure from my recent escapade on the Norfolk Broads! After my travel companions canceled at the last minute, I found myself in the company of the charming Mr. Bradley, an East End London policeman, who became the Bobby of our story. We embarked on a jovial journey aboard The Shamrock, a quaint lug-sail boat, where laughter and local tunes filled the air. Just when I thought the trip couldnt get any better, my friend Bunce arrived, convinced that the Bobby was a high-ranking diplomat due to his own quirky notions of class! Naturally, we couldn’t shatter his delightful delusion. Did Bunce uncover the truth about our esteemed companion? Were our breakfast bangers truly of the pony variety? And what was the source of that overpowering odor in the train carriage? So many questions, so little time! Grab your gramophone, tune in to the attached recordings, and immerse yourself in this hilarious tale from the heart of the Norf
