Today I like my self and my community!! This Channel is to walk though all the issues I said and learning to love ourselves daily and help our Neighbors as well!!! I have been enjoying so many things, you will see Drumming, Nature, Birds, me singing in the Audio’s!! Breathing is very important in our lives. There is also some laughing, as it heals and helps us as well!! Hope your having some fun and Joy!! This is your channel!!!
