Welcome to Head in the Game! The goal of the HITG Podcast is to help share the gift of community. Whether you are a professional athlete or just starting out in sports, this podcast is for you. Your hosts, Reese Hardisty & Kite Robinson, talk to a variety of athletes from a diverse mix of sports, backgrounds and walks of life, striving to help break the stigma surrounding athlete mental health. Each episode dives into the authentic stories from real athletes, everything from dealing with stress before a game to finding joy in the process. Authenticity is what HITG is going for, and Reese & Kite hope that you can connect to even just a little bit of what each athlete guest shares. Thank you for being here, it means the world.
