How Civics, Politics and Law Affect You: Politics Matters with Bruce Klopfleisch educates listeners about how civics, politics, law (and some economics), affect you in everyday life and why the survival of our democracy depends on active citizen participation in our government. Can you name the 3 branches of government? Do you know what the supremacy clause is and how it works? Do you wonder why politicians “can’t just get along” and do their jobs? Join Bruce Sundays at 5 PM on AM950 to understand how our democracy works and doesn’t work, learn why politics matters to you, and how you can be an informed citizen, even if you don’t like politics!
