Choosing Yourself: Healing & Self-awareness

education, self improvement, health, fitness, mental · EN

A journey of choosing and loving ALL parts of myself and reclaiming my power from people-pleasing and self-abandonment to radical self-love. Exploring and understanding healing as awareness (not perfection), balancing masculine and feminine energy, learning to receive, and reclaiming rest, intuition, and creativity — weaving in personal stories of loss and rediscovering my inner child through dance and art. I am honest and unapologetically spiritual, it's an invitation to stop surviving and start choosing yourself! Share this journey with me, as healing is not a destination .. but an everyday journey. You are not alone!
