The podcast for the Moms who do it all. We are two Business Women and two Friends bringing you Real-Talk on all things Motherhood, Entrepreneurship and all the things we love, in between. We are finally taking a seat to talk about it all. Each episode dives into the chaos of motherhood, relationships, work, and self-discovery through honesty and humour. Whether it's tackling mom guilt, sharing the weeks wildest stories, sharing the platform with our mom friends, or just laughing through the exhaustion, "I Just Sat Down" is a reminder that you're not alone and sometimes sitting down is exactly where the healing (and laughter) begins. So grab your coffee, sink into the couch, or fold your laundry (if you must), and join us for truthful chats, relatable chuckles, and the occasional deep sigh, because we all know what's it like to finally sit down, just to be asked for another drink or an ice pack.Thank you for being here! Love, Krystal and Desi
