Changed by Fire is a local Arizona 501c3 non-profit that is actively involved in growing support opportunities for burn survivors and their families. We strongly believe that building a community of healing, understanding, and connection, we empower the burn community to not only survive - but live and thrive - through life after a burn. Changed by Fire works alongside other organizations in healing, recognizing that it truly does take a village, and a variety of supports to navigate the burn injury. Through community outreach events like our annual Arizona Walk of Courage, provision of garments and massage and healing supports, and connection to a variety of alternative therapies post injury, Changed by Fire is growing the social, emotional, and mental wellness of the burn community, in addition to the physical wellness our hospital partners support. H.E.A.L. Is a podcast developed by Changed by Fire, to assist in the Healing, Empowering, Accepting, and Living change processes enco
