Lunar Notes: Letters from Exile — A Full Moon Practice is a lunar-rhythmed podcast created from the vantage point of a Human Design Reflector and Enneagram 5. Released once each full moon, each episode is a spoken letter shaped by an entire cycle of lived experience. Rather than reacting in real time, this podcast honors waiting, environmental discernment, and depth processing in a culture addicted to speed and performance. This is not commentary. It is not content production. It is not neutrality. It is witness. Each letter emerges from the underside of the month—from the places where belonging is fragile, safety is conditional, and truth must sometimes travel quietly. These reflections do not rush to resolve tension. They name what has been revealed and refuse what diminishes our humanity. The moon sets the rhythm. Attention sets the posture.
