I'm Livia Werner — a lover and contemplator of life.In The Livia Werner Frequency, I share what I discover along the way.Love is my compass. Not always the comfortable kind of love, but the kind that asks us to look within, to be honest with ourselves and to have the courage to walk our own path.I share my thoughts, experiences and contemplations with one intention: that somewhere within them, you might hear more of your own truth, trust your own wisdom and attune more deeply to your own frequency. This is not about following my truth. It's an invitation to listen more deeply to yours.
