Vessel Of Light with Sam Renfroe

education, self improvement, health, fitness, alternative · EN

Your body is not separate from your spiritual path. It is your spiritual path. Hosted by Sam Renfroe - A Reiki Master and Fascial Maneuvers Coach - Vessel of Light lives at the intersection of the wisdom of the spirit and the intelligence of the body. Every episode explores not just how to open what's been closed, but why it closed in the first place. Sam explores the language of the body through the lens of fascia, energy, and somatic awareness - helping you decode what your body has been holding, the stories stored in your tissue, and what it's been trying to tell you all along. If you're already walking a conscious path but still hitting the same walls in your body — or deeply in your body but can't access the meaning beneath what you're feeling — this is for you.
