Note to Herself is a podcast for women 40+ who feel the shift. The shift away from performance. The shift toward true authenticity. The shift back to your own voice. Hosted by longtime friends Kia and Krystel, this show is an honest conversation about what it means to reclaim yourself in midlife. After building families. After building brands. After building lives around other people’s expectations. We talk about the real stuff: relationships, ambition, politics, boundaries, grief, growth, and building a life that reflects who you are now — not who you used to be. Less performance. More ownership. (and a little sh*t-talking when warranted!)
